Application:
Jaw Crusher is widely used in mine, building material, highway, rail way and hydropower industries, etc. The crushing and screening process can be finished at one time to produce the required size. Jaw Crusher is the primary crushing equipment in the crushing production line, it's used to crush the large stone (300-1200mm) into medium size (100-200mm), the fine type jaw crusher can produce 0-40mm aggregate, the production capacity range of different model is from 1-1000 ton per hour. Zhengzhou Hengxing manufactures primary jaw crusher and secondary jaw crusher in stationary type or mobile type. As a primary crusher, jaw crusher can be used independently or worked together with cone crusher and impact crusher in the whole stone crushing line. Jaw crushers are widely used not only in mines and chemical plants but in stone aggregate and limestone crushing plants.
This jaw crusher crushing chamber, heavy eccentric shaft and high manganese steel jaw plate, which takes advantages of high efficiency, strong crushing ability and low investment costs.
Working Principle:
The electromotor drives the belt and pulley to make the movable jaw move back and forth, up and down through the eccentric shaft. The raw material is crushed when movable jaw plate moves towards fixed jaw together with movable jaw. When movable jaw and movable jaw plate turn back by eccentric shaft and spring, the raw material, which is squashed or split before discharges from the bottom outlet under jaw plate. The bulk-production comes true while electromotor rotates continuously and the movable jaw crushes and discharges the raw material periodically.
